Thank you for your interest in
the Gainesville Archery Club. The Gainesville Archery Club is one of the oldest archery clubs in the North Georgia area. The
Club is a non-profit organization. All money taken in is used for the purchase of materials to help the club function or is
given to Charity. The Gainesville Archery Club is a Member of the Archery Shooters Association (ASA) from which many of the
club rules and format are derived from. The Club is also a member of the National Field Archery Assn. (NFAA) and Georgia Bowhunter's
Archery Assn. (GBAA)
The Gainesville Archery Club is a member
of the North Georgia Circuit. At the present time there are 4 clubs that make up the North Ga. Circuit, these clubs are
Gainesville Archery Club In Gainesville Ga., Soul Hunters Ministries At Talula Gorge, Ga., Black Mountain Archery Club In
Dawson County, Amicalola Bowhunters In Dawson County.
At
the present time the Gainesville Archery Club uses the property on Calvary Church Road for its shoots. This property is owned
by the Hall County School System. The school system allows the club to use the property for archery shoots only. The club
also has an indoor range at Last Chance Archery Company in Jackson County. The range is a converted chicken house that
allows shots of 20 to 30 yards during the winter and out to 50 yards in the summer.
The Gainesville Archery Club at the present time does not offer archery instruction classes.
